Serpentine & Bone Kuripe

Kuripi made from a variety of serpentine rock originating in the Machu Picchu region. It is known that the serpentine stone is able to regulate mood swings, calm stress, reduce anxiety and even protect against negative influences that could cause depression or feeling of heaviness. This power instrument carries with it the face of a condor; sacred animal for the Andean world view. It is the animal of the world of Hanan Dacha (in Quechua), the world of deities, of the earthly supra, the celestial kingdom*. This animal has the power of discernment and nobility and it connects the celestial world with the our earthly reality. In addition, the upper part of this instrument is made from bone. Bone has been used for centuries in different parts of the world in shamanism to invoke the presence of totem animals, where each of these grants a certain power depending on the bone of the animal. In ancient times, bone was used for sacred purposes, such as to create power instruments. These practices were carried out with gratitude and respect towards the animal kingdom.
